Hero Factory is a new VTuber agency exploding onto the scene! We're working to create, produce and manage the next generation of great heroes!Our talents are based off of classic Table Top RPG (TTRPG) classes so each can showcase their best self as a Hero!We're working to create a space where we can blend our passion for TTRPGs with our love for VTubers. What kind of agency are you?
Hero Factory seeks to embody a more traditional talent agency approach than an idol agency. This gives our Heroes more freedom in their professional and personal lives. All our Heroes own their IP, and have full creative control of their content.
What does Hero Factory offer?
In addition to providing gear necessary for streaming, we provide support involving merchandise, management services, marketing and sponsorship opportunities. We want our Heroes to focus on creating the best content they can while we handle everything else!
Who are the people behind Hero Factory?
Our Staff is lead by River, an established business owner, VTuber and full time GM. The rest of the staff are all experienced content creators, VTuber fans and lovers of TTRPGs. You can find more about them on the Staff page!

How are talents paid?
Talent keep the majority of their earnings from streams and merchandising with Hero Factory's parent company Rough Works taking a cut of the revenue to handle paying our Warlock Patrons.

Edward Patch
CEO
Patch has been managing communities, projects and business ventures ever since he was a teenager. His largest project was the creation of the production studio RoughWorks, the parent company to Hero Factory, which has been the engine to his career as a professional DM and VTuber for the last decade. His love for TTRPG's and storytelling in general blend into a unique mindset for the entertainment industry and he has made it his goal to pioneer a new frontier for content creators of all sorts.

Junjoukun is an experienced talent manager, character designer and illustrator from a small town in Québec, Canada. He has experience as both a freelancer and within agencies. He loves to learn and excel in as many skills as humanely possible, and also loves to help others.
As a disabled person, he wants to show the world that hard work and perseverance can lead to anyone's success.

Call for her when you want the demons to run scared, Valtrya dedicated her life to destroying any who would threaten the good in the world.Being a hell knight she's very familiar with planar shifting, however her god tricked her into shifting to a new plane, and now she's trapped here. There's no dragons or demons to kill here, so Valtrya has shifted to helping people with their personal demons.She now hopes to fight in a new way, by entertaining and bringing joy to people's lives.

They’ve been operating an Adventurer’s Guild in the fey lands after having already gone on their grand journey, and have recently decided to come out of retirement for another one.They’re a bit of a loudmouth, eccentric, and sarcastic. But surprisingly enough they’ve proven to be a reliable sort along with their hound shaped eidolon, Addie. Solvae is never seen without their trusted companion at their side.

There's nothing suspicious about this happy-go-lucky 'sorcerer'. She always seems to be having the time of her life no matter what she is doing and she is always ready to share a fun story of her many experiences. In fact, her experiences are so varied and outlandish, they sometimes seem that they can't possibly be of this world.She doesn't talk too much about herself nor her past to the party, but she's a reliable member when it matters. She does, however, have a habit of disappearing at any free moment.
